Women excel at the very things that make salespeople successful – impeccable listening, working collaboratively, and emotional intelligence – and yet, it can be hard to be the only woman in the room.

  • The uncomfortable comments.

  • The challenging, and sometimes very awkward, dynamics of going out for a drink with a prospect or colleague.

  • The difficulty in finding your voice and speaking confidently.

It’s no surprise that women are uncomfortable being their authentic selves at work. (Built In’s State of DEI in Tech)

Our founder spent most of her career being the only woman in the room and knows firsthand how difficult it can be.

That’s why, at Kusi Nuna, we're passionate about helping women become more comfortable and confident once they get there.

Women in technology sales teams
Cara demonstrates the foundational strengths of a leader: integrity, trust, passion, and transparency which help motivate and empower every sales team she works with to become more successful. I was personally amazed at the difference in her approach to high stakes negotiations. Everyone who worked with her closed bigger deals – while building stronger customer relationships.

Examples of things we teach in our Women in Tech program:

  • How to bring a sense of safety to the nervous system.
Women are more likely to hit quota due to their soft skills. However, these soft skills get knocked offline when they are too stressed or subconsciously feel threatened.

  • How to conquer imposter syndrome and find the confidence to speak with authority.
We help women identify and address the self-talk and limiting beliefs that are keeping them quiet.

  • How to stop people-pleasing and say “No.”
Women are more likely to take on the “extra” responsibilities that come up – which leads to more stress and a higher likelihood of burnout.

  • How to manage their energy and prioritize self-care – particularly when juggling children or elder care and other domestic duties.
