Imagine your sales team having the skills they need to be deeply fulfilled and wildly successful

Kusi Nuna provides Holistic Performance Management Training and Coaching. We help sales teams and entrepreneurs thrive in an increasingly fast-paced and chaotic business environment.

Happy, healthy, and engaged salespeople are at the core of a company’s long-term success, yet salespeople are burning out in record numbers.

Our current sales culture is unsustainable.

The post-COVID world requires a completely new approach to sales – one that focuses on empathy, authenticity, and well-being. The key to a sales team’s long-term success hinges on acquiring these new skills.

At Kusi Nuna our unique methodology combines modern sales techniques, ancient wisdom, and leading-edge science. We teach the skills people need to be happy, healthy, deeply fulfilled, and wildly successful…

because happy people sell more.

They gain the ability to:

  • Easily empathize with customers and quickly create bonds.

  • Deeply listen to clients and hear what is not being said.

  • Intuitively know the next right step to move a sale forward.

  • Energize their coworkers with infectious enthusiasm.

  • Mitigate burnout in an exceedingly hectic environment.

  • Consistently meet or exceed quota.

It may feel like magic, but it’s a series of teachable, repeatable skills that we teach all our clients.

Kusi Nuna Mission

Kusi Nuna (kewsee noonah) is committed to creating a sustainable sales culture where people can thrive both professionally and personally.

Inspired by her time and experiences in Peru, Kusi Nuna founder Cara Pacific Campbell, chose the name because it means "happy soul" in the native Peruvian language of Quechua. Many Quechua people live in poverty and spend their days manually farming steep hillsides at elevations over 10,000 feet. Yet, every person Cara encountered shared a sense of peace and fulfillment – actual joy – in the face of grueling work.

Cara’s mission is to bring that sense of joy, fulfillment, and thriving to those that she loves the most – her fellow salespeople.

Kusi Nuna is committed to the shamanic ideal of “right relationship” and donates a portion of its profits to underserved Quechua communities in the Peruvian Sacred Valley – particularly funding girls’ education.
